How to Tie a Krasny Hourglass Knot

Forgive me for my long absence. I have been trying to get my camera set up all figured out. Turns out I am just going to be using my iPhone with a lens attachment and a tripod. I guess it's no HD, but it's pretty good.

This is a knot I invented myself it looks like an hourglass, so I am calling it the Krasny Hourglass. It is sometimes hard to get the little end to get to the loop with this knot so a vest or tie clip is recommended. Let me know what you think about it.
