One of my favorite moments in a leadership training session is when I ask a question and there is silence. Silence, not because they didn’t understand the question but silence because they're thinking deeply. If you really want to develop your leaders to lead well then there are times you have to ask what I call disruptive questions. There’s nothing like a great disruptive question to lead to great strides in development in those your equipping. In this weeks video, I share what disruptive questions are and how you can use them to develop your leaders. If you have leaders you need to develop in your leadership pipeline make sure you’re using this technique to draw out the best in them.
