Two explosions ripped through a busy neighbourhood in the Thai capital today. The suspect is allegedly a man of Iranian decent. The man's ID card has been confiscated. A picture posted on Twitter purportedly showed a wounded man laying on a sidewalk strewn with broken glass outside a Thai school, his legs apparently ripped off in one of the explosions. Yesterday, An Israeli embassy car in was New Delhi exploded, close to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's residence. A similar attack took place the Georgian capital Tbilisi yesterday. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had blamed Iran and Hezbollah of carrying out the twin bomb attacks on Israeli diplomats in India and Georgia, accusing Tehran of being the "world's largest terror exporter".
