From 7 February, airberlin (www.airberlin.com) - Europe's sixth largest airline - comes to Gatwick to operate twice daily services to Nuremberg and Hanover.
To celebrate the arrival of these new routes, Gatwick (www.gatwickairport.com) held a day of celebration, spreading a little Oompah joy to customers at Victoria Station, on the Gatwick Express and at Gatwick's North Terminal.
Traditional German band, 'Bavarian Strollers' played both traditional and well-known tracks - Oompah style. Followers of the @gatwick_airport Twitter feed requested songs from a play list and 4 lucky entrants are in with a chance of winning flights to Hanover or Nuremburg, courtesy of airberlin!
