The Huntsman 140 is a day-long ride from Delta Utah, to the steps of the Huntsman Cancer Institute. On JuneYou can ride for 140, 75, 25 or even just 1 mile.

After Jeff survived head and neck cancer he rode his bike 667 miles, from Reno to Salt Lake, to commemorate. He said if he was going to suffer, he was going to do it on HIS terms, not cancer's. Out of that yearly ride the Huntsman 140 was born. He still rides all the way from Reno, but most people choose to join him in Delta for the 140 mile trip.
A few brave souls will make the entire ride from Reno.
