http://www.playpiano.com A Simple 2-Chord Goove Riff You Can Play Right Now! Here is an easy two-chord pattern that even beginners can get a handle on in short order. All you do is take the I chord and the IV chord in any key, and toggle between them in a rhythmic pattern of some sort. The I chord in the key of G is, of course, G. The IV chord in the key of G is C. So just using those two chords - G and C -- we can create an interesting rhythmic riff.
