The remains of Maretimo House in Blackrock. The house was built in 1770, knocked down in 1970. The harbour was built in the 1830's. Modern houses now stand on the estate. The jetty (1830's), private railway bridge, and period old bathing areas survive. Part One shows the private bridge, the jetty, and a section of the boundary wall of the old house (now in someone's back garden - sorry someone!).
