4 Porobello Mushroom
1/2 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
4 tablespoons parm cheese
12 tablespoons of low fat mozzarella cheese
8 slices or 1/2 can of Tomato's
2 garlic cloves, minced. Or 2-4 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
pinch of salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Hot pepper seeds or whatever topping you like on your Pizza

Pre heat oven to 375 Cook for 12-15 min. Then last 2 min. put on broil to brown the tops.

Clean the mushrooms well and remove the stems. Use non stick cookie sheet and place the mushrooms top down on sheet. Mix the tomatoes with the basil, Italian spice and garlic then top your pizza, but the Ricotta cheese on 1st, then the sauce. then the other cheeses and toppings. Season the top with pepper and more Italian seasoning.
