Sir Richard Branson, who supposedly owns only a minority stake in Virgin America, goes directly to Virgin American workers to try to stop them from joining a union. The DOT require U.S. airlines to be under the control and ownership of U.S. Citizens. So why is Sir Richard coming here to intervene in a matter between a U.S. company and its employees?
