For the @Tone It Up Bikini Challenge Recipe contest, I show you how to make chocolate oatmeal. Can be topped with/ almond butter for peanut butter cup oatmeal, strawberries for chocolate covered strawberry oatmeal, or raspberries. Delish!
1/2 cup oats 1 cup almond milk or water 1/2 tablespoon dark chocolate cocoa powder dash of cinnamon to taste 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bring the above to a simmer over medium high heat for about 5 minutes.
When thickened, take off the heat and add 2 stevia packets. Finish with almond butter for Reese's like dish, or strawberries or rasberries.
