ARMY.MIL - Climate change is having a big impact on coastal communities in Alaska. Of the 200 Eskimo tribes that live there, 180 are experiencing erosion. The Army is helping with a 1200-foot rock revetment project managed by USACE. Mary Cochran reports from Kivalina, Alaska.
