DUP MLA William Humphrey interviewed after an Assembly debate on an Irish Language Act.
Culture Minister Nelson McCausland has made it clear that he will not be introducing an Irish Language Act, but will bring forward a minority languages strategy which will encompass Irish and Ulster Scots, which is in keeping with commitments in the St Andrews Agreement Act.
