Darjeeling (West Bengal), July 13 (ANI): Eminent novelist KS Mukhtan and Singer Karma Yonjan returned their awards to the state government protesting Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's policy and supporting a demand of ‘Gorkhaland’ in West Bengal’s Darjeeling.
