This is equivalent to a power factor in an AC situation in which there is a lead versus a drag between either the voltage component of an AC sine wave leading ahead of the amperage component or else the other way around.

But if a magnetic field could somehow get ahead of an electric field, then gravity may be a side effect since the opposite is the case with a spinning Searle Disk.
