Multivitamins, Glutamine, and BCAA's are all proven working substances to increase lean muscle! I love watching your videos, but as soon as I heard Multivitamins are bad, I was shocked. I hope everyone who watches these videos doesn't stop taking their vitamins because of this video, because unless you have an amazing diet, your gonna need them.

+TheBigSuegroski It's because of the caffeine, it's a diuretic and promotes the production of urine. Drink 2-3 cups of coffee and you'll get the same results as a pre workout supplement.

Thanks guys I am 62 just retired and am working out to get back in shape I do bowflex every other day for 1/2 hour and walk fast for 1/2 hour every day as well., and trying to eat less staying away from sweets and beer. I am starting to see some weight and inches come off the waist. You are right I spent so much money on this BS, but what it all comes down to is hard work and right food.
