Especially for Tekedon and other users who confused by this "bug". There are no problems with layer/sprite positioning. The position of bullets hard-coded in BLOOD.EXE, however we can control it by fire triggers in QAVEDIT (key F).

Open TOMSPRED.QAV and look carefully on fire triggers. You can see when Tommy turned left - fire trigger have small value (1-4) but when Tommy turns to right - value changes to bigger (max. 14).

So, you just need search directly shooting between 4-12 fire trigger values. Easy :D.
