I did some research and found an effective method on how you can teach your bird not to bite. Only discipline your bird with this method when they are really acting up. I used my small green cheeck conure as an example, but it can be done with larger birds such as an amazon or african grey. You just need to use both hands. When you have your bird in time out DONT LET THEM GO UNTIL THEY HAVE COMPLETELY STOPPED MOVING, SQUIRMING,BITING. Im talking about not one single budge.
