well take the damn thing to a science lab, x-ray it, radio carbon date it, determine its chemical structure, examine it in every possible way, and then you can tell what it is everything before that is just pure speculation

This a form a basalt, PERIOD! It's just a type of Volcanic glass very good for making knives, it's "bark" look is a imprint of what it flowed over, if (a really BIG if) this guy talked to a geologist he either gave him a horrible description or he talked to a moron, I live on a volcanic island and have found this same exact type of rock, the size and therefor the harmonics of this rock are very exceptional
