Dashcam of BRUTAL beatings by cops after stopping the wrong man. Pennsylvania State Police pursued Robert for a MINOR traffic violation that he apparently DID NOT commit. While Robert was detained he was nearly killed by the police while they executed their form of street justice. He suffered through 11 hours of multiple beatings. He was tasered at least 10 times. He was also chemically maced. He spent more than 2 1/2 years in JAIL. Robert was charged with felony assault on a police officer because the officer broke his hand when he punched Robert in the head with his fist while he was being detained! This is part of a BIGGER story of police brutality, corruption, and official coverup throughout the Pennsylvania judicial system. This video is chapter one of this story - visit http://worsethanrodneyking.com to watch this story unfold and to participate in the discussion.

After I released this video it quickly went viral. The reaction to this video has been a public firestorm of protests and demands for investigations - and yet the police involved are still on the street. They have NOT been punished in any way. Sadly, not a single politician has taken a stand by publicly speaking up.

You are the key. The officials in Bradford County Pennsylvania will do nothing. Only public reaction will get results - so please "like" my Facebook page and participate in the discussion!

Those aren't cops. They're criminals disguised as cops.

so this is late (3 years after the vid was posted) but just want to put my 2 cents in: firstly, what those cops did is/was wrong, they should not be allowed to ever work for a law enforcement agency again. That being said, trying to justify why he didn't stop takes away from the credibility of this story, it's quite ridiculous to claim he didn't know they wanted him to pull over. And if being bipolar or having some mental problem was the reason then he shouldn't be driving. Leaving that part out and not try to explain why he didn't stop would have make this story much better, just present the facts truthfully as regardless of him not pulling over for the police the beating is unjustified once they had him immobilized, handcuffed, etc take him to jail and book him in. If he spit at the officer add that assault to the charges.

Wow, the jury found that no police brutality had happened. That's the American criminal justice system for you.

I am never surprised by police brutality. We are all in trouble.

Wouldn't it be nice if we had an organized group of armed individuals with badges to protect us from the police?

Dear policeman: You're not a peace officer. Your job is not Law Enforcement. Those are euphemisms. You don't keep the peace. You routinely initiate conflicts where, otherwise, no conflict would have been. You are an agent by which your employer uses violence to enforce a monopoly on law de facto. The vast majority of the disputes that you initiate on behalf of your employer are also adjudicated by your employer, where the plaintiff, the judge, the antagonist (that's you) and the only witness (also you), all represent the same party, and, since no corpus delicti, mens rea or acts reus can be produced, doesn't technically qualify to be heard according to its own "laws". Your employer is indistinguishable from a criminal cartel. You do not serve us. When the matter of whether or not you have a duty to protect the subjects of your employer has been brought before one of your employer's courts, your employer has decided that you do not. But, when you are charged with the task of using deadly force to apprehend a person who has incurred no liability for damages to anyone, you are obligated to obey. Everything I've written, here, is literally true. I understand that you can't believe that, but, once you strip away all the obfuscation and rationalizations, nothing else remains. So, you see, even if you always do your job, as you believe it to be, to what you believe to be the best of your ability, you cannot be a good cop. There is no such thing as a good cop because what cops do is, by necessity of its nature, bad.

I can't blieve people are trying to justify the action of those POS cops. There's NO justification for this! It's even more fucked up that he wasn't even the right guy. An now we have another innocent man in jail..

I'm a white male. In 2015 I was shot in the back 3 times while crossing the street 400 ft. from my house by a uniformed police officer. While crossing the street to go to a neighbor's house, an officer pulled up out of nowhere and yelled ,"stop or ill tase you" I was scared, startled and very much so caught of guard and continued to walk up to my neighbors front stoop that was 15 feet away. (I know, stupid move)Thats when i was hit 3 times in the back with a less lethal projectile. I am not a criminal. I had no drugs, weapons,or warrants. After the incident, the officer claims that i ran from him,hit him with a gate, and grabbed for his weapon..All lies...there was a dozen or so officers on scene that quickly responded to this. They all had body cams including the officer that shot me. When my legal council requested footage, the recordings magically never existed. The DA told me if i didn't admit guilt, they would claim that I was on PCP, went crazy and started attacking officers. PLEASE WAKE UP PEOPLE!! cops always claim ,"they feared for thier lifes" or" he grabbed for my weapon" that's how they get a free ticket to murder you or charge you with crimes you didn't commit and get away with it EVERY FUCKING TIME!!! the courts are in on this scam too... I've seen it first hand.. This isn't about BLM, its about nationwide mass police corruption. I live in a poor neighborhood and drive a 30 year old car so I see this shit everyday. BLM activists are just confused and think its a race thing because they live in all black communities. Well, i live in an all white community and i see it everyday as well. The police are corrupt.

But this is just another example that underlines the truth about police brutality in America. It doesn't matter what race you are, we are ALL targets.
