These brownies are moist and delicious! Brought these to work and they flew off the plate.

Cream Layer:
1 pkg (8oz cream cheese)
1/4 sugar
1 egg
1/3 tsp vanilla extract
Brownie Layer:
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
12 Oreo cookies crushed
8 Oreo cookies coarsely chopped
To make cream layer: In a bowl combine the cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and egg and beat until smooth and creamy, set aside.
To make brownie layer : In a larger bowl combine the butter, sugars and cocoa,stir until combined. Stir in eggs, vanilla then stir in flour and baking powder.
Stir in crushed oreos cookies.
Spread brownie layer in the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan. The recipe called for a 11x7" pan, this would make a thicker brownie if that is what you like
Spread cream layer over brownie layer and then sprinkle with chopped oreos.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Let cool, and cut into bars.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
