How To Meditate For Beginners?
It's not always as easy to find calm relaxation as you might have assumed. But that's O.K. Everybody gos through these issues when first starting out.

Using a guided meditation audio program was the most helpful thing for me in the end, and after using recordings for a while, I have found it easier to reach a deep trance state more easily and whenever I wish. I really do recommend giving it a try :)
