For the dough 1 cup glutinous rice flour "Bot Nep" (or sweet rice flour mochiko) 100g 3 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp salt 3/4 cup milk ½ cup coconut flakes (eg. http://amzn.to/10RAsTM)
** You can buy coconut flakes at Western supermarket under baking section or at Asian Store or online at http://amzn.to/10RAsTM. Shredded young coconut (for the filling) can be found frozen at Asian store. You can buy a rice cooker at http://amzn.to/15YoOgo You can also use a steamer instead of a microwave.
