Learn how to develop a complete water cycling class utilizing a suspended working position in shallow water or deep-water depth. This non impact - high intensity program will capture the athlete in everyone as well as bring more new patrons to your pool programs. You may choose to utilize a noodle or a buoyancy belt with this workout.
We do utlize music ( louder rock & roll) to emphasize the importance of the rhythm and cadence aquatic cycling. So... "if you don't like music - don't get this DVD". We do utilize music to assist the cadence of cycling ( as that is a big part of land cycling). We feel that this is a unique and important part of a cycling program.
