DEMAN Mugen : New char for halloween

Playable now but need some effect fix
and may be need to adjust attack damage.

his normal attack may be look fast but it can't make a combo by just use only normal attack.

he can't do air guard but also his enemy can't air guard his move!!

wait until halloween and he will come out to play "Trick or Treet"

or should i say prepare to get "kick and beaten" ^^

(He sprite is very smooth but my video is a little lag so work with me here - -")
