A standalone short film exploring the imagery and action that was to become a part of the final full length feature film. The violence and extreme subject matter of this movie came weeks before the massacre at Columbine High School and subsequently (and understandably) complicated the release and distribution plans for both films. Thus began the "curse of Postal Worker", which also includes the lead actress balking on a nude scene, the director having a heart attack, and the huge debt and near bankruptcy incurred in the effort of producing this self-financed film. As the filmmaker Jeff Jackson says in "the making of" footage about his own film, "You may end up going to hell from just watching it".
