You get the error message "No Bootable Device" during your BootCamp Assistant installation.

I am almost certain that this error is caused by a USB drive having preinstalled software on it that cannot be removed. The solution around this is to either get a different USB drive without preloaded software, or find a way to remove this software entirely.
