1 - 'Buying your domain' So your domain is pretty much what the user types in the URL. So mine is diyontheweb. A domain is really cheap and only costs around $10/year.
2. Buying hosting Once you have your domain, you need your hosting. This is where all your files are stored. Nameservers are used to connect your hosting to your domain. Hosting costs around $8/month.
3. Install Wordpress One of the reasons I love Wordpress is because they have a 1 click installer which means they will install Wordpress for you in a couple of seconds. Wordpress is used by many popular websites including techcrunch, UPS and eBay.
4) Install a theme Wordpress contains hundreds of thousands of free themes. We will be using a clean business like theme.
5) Customize your website. Customizing your website is as simple as changing the text. That's how easy Wordpress is!
