If you look you will find over 20 definitions to the word swagg and Tocarra represents them all. She is already a star but the world just doesn't know it yet. Her presence alone commands any room she enters. Milwaukee born and bred, this 24 year old little woman has experienced more than a taste of what the world has to offer. Tocarra knows how to turn her life's tragedies into triumphs, as she uses her voice as an outlet to life and freedom.

Tocarra soon realized her gift when she began singing in the church choir at the tender age of 7 and she soon found what she was born to do. Her phenomenal voice also landed her a position with the Wisconsin State Youth Choir. Although under-age to join the choir, they just couldn't resist the powerful voice coming from the small frame and she was a shoe-in, often times, singing lead. Tocarra began to focus on her future after a near death experience and suffering serious injuries in a car accident. During her rehabilitation, she was determined to pursue her craft as a vocalist and songwriter. Tocarra took leap of faith and moved to Atlanta, Georgia.

Tocarra's sweet and sexy voice is ushering in the next generation of soulful R&B with a touch of hip-hop. With songs that are at once new and familiar, Tocarra pours her heart and soul into her music. In comparison, there is no one like her. She has a style of her own, and it is clear and apparent to you at first listen and sight.

The singer/ songwriter, Tocarra will definitely give you something to talk about. Tocarra is a perfectionist in her craft, having worked with Rico Love (Usher, The Corna Boyz, Marques Houston & Omarion ), Jagged Edge, Nitti (Yung Joc, T.I. & Bow Wow) and Great Scott (Rihanna and Chris Brown) as well as multiple collaborations to include; Young Dro, Young LA, Princess (w/Crime Mob), Lil' Scrappy, Lil' Phat, CYHI Da Prynce, Rocko and 8-Ball. Tocarra is also currently featured on Usher's new song titled "Daddy's Home"(Hey, Hey, Hey Daddy!). As she continues to write, record and build a definite buzz, she introduces a whole new world of music, style and presence.
