Dark elbows and knees are something that many have very few like! And that's why in this video I show the steps to achieving better healthier and lighter elbows and knees.

Step 1: Exfoliate area with body scrub (in this video I used sugar and olive oil to make my own.)

Step 2 : Moisturize with heavy cream containing either cocoa butter or shea butter.

Step 3: RECIPES

R-1 : Mustard oil ( can be found in grocery stores) Leave on for 5-10 minutes then wash off.
R-2: Lemon juice
R-3: A mixture of 1tsp coconut oil (found in grocery and health food
stores) and 1/2 tsp of lime juice. Apply and leave on for 15-20 minutes then wash off with warm water.

Step 4: Re-apply thick moisturizer

Step 5: Apply sunscreen SPF 30 minimum for prevention from further damage.
