Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson (born 19 June 1964.) Educated at the very top British towers of learning Eton and Balliol College, Oxford, where he read Literae Humaniores. His cheerful, jovial manner oftern belies one of the most keenly educated minds on the UK political circuit today. To my mind he excels in his use of English. This short clip is an example of how he uses obscure words in an intelligible way. Sending the less lettered straight to their dictionaries or search engines seeking verbal closure. Be honest now, did anyone get them all correct without looking them up first? Note he even misspeaks with exotic vocabulary--shogging!

0:14 Vacuity & Inanition
0:52 Shogging
0:58 Emetic
1:31 Invidius

Vacuity the state of being vacuous or without contents; vacancy; emptiness: the vacuity of the open sea.
Inanition mental, social, or spiritual weakness or lassitude
Shogging British Dialect to shake or Jog
Emetic causing vomiting
Invidius calculated to create ill will or resentment or give offense

As befitting his education most of these words have a Latin root.
