A thrilling game from end to end. The Bulls lost this game 135-132 in Double Overtime. I uploaded this game to show that the Bulls didn't win 'EVERY' game, contrary to the popular belief of a lot of these kids on YouTube. I also wanted to show how incredibly competetive the games were then & the absurd high level of "SKILL" that was typically on display during this time, which is what's "SORELY" missing from today's game in my humble opinion & apparently a lot of others as well. Droves of fans haven't turned away from the game for nothing, which is reflected in the low ratings over the last 9 to 10 years. The minute the league started letting high schoolers & adopting "Street Ball" as it's mantra, the quality of the game has dramatically decreased. We have a league mostly filled with "Physically Gifted" pseudo-thugs & street ballers, with very "Little" Skill & it shows big time to anyone who knows the difference between both cultures, not to mention Professionalism has virtually disappeared. Bird was unbelievable, EVEN with a bad back & sore ankles, which highlights what REAL SKILL is all about, he had 34 pts, 15 rebs & 9 assists. Pip had 30 plus & was coming into his own that year. MJ by his usual HIGH STANDARDS, had an OFF game & STILL put up 37 pts..
