Tool Coupling feature in COSYM is used to connect it to various simulation tools. In a few cases, some of the native models cannot be imported into COSYM, e.g. when the source code of model is not available. In that case, you can run the simulation natively in a MATLAB®/Simulink® application and use the results in the SiL simulation.
