Objectives:
1. To keep moveability of the left arm after an operation in the palm on a hight competition level
2. To enhance muscle coordination up to the level of automatisms so that the patterns of movement arise unconsciously from the small brain and on a reflex level even from the spine...
3. To improve the rhythm of fast short steps

Starting with table tennis played with one hand.. then to table tennis left hand & tennis with the right hand change.. then table tennis with two rockets both hands simultaneously.. and theoretical but visual swing to coordination of arms - legs -eye in wood chopping using the yin and yang principles of Qi Gong
