My European travels have introduced me to some interesting foods. In this video, I show you how to make a simple Czech hors d'oeuvre called Nivové koule. It is a ball of blue cheese, and butter. it is coated with Hungarian paprika, and tooth picked to a piece of bread.
Recipe:
8oz or 226 g Blue cheese
1 stick 4 oz or 113 g softened butter
~4 Italian bread sticks
~4 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
~1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Optional, ~1/2 bag of pearl onions, sliced
