My name is Becky Tinney and I'm the creator of The Balance Method™ Fitness Program. This is a four week LEG workout challenge. Each new week complete the routine 4 times on non-consecutive days. Give your legs a day of rest in between the workouts. Each week will progressively get more challenging.
