Series 2, Episode 6 (Part 1 of 3)

Pint-sized Tiffany Patterson had to grow up quickly when her mum left home, leaving her to become the breadwinner and meal-maker. Too busy to eat, the seven stone 25-year-old lives on a daily dose of energy drinks and little else.

Joining her for the five-day diet swap is DJ Keith Kelsey, whose out-of-hours eating has caused his weight to balloon to 30 stone. Dr Christian Jessen accompanies him to see 45-year-old Lisa Wheeler as she undergoes life-threatening weight-loss surgery.

It's ping pong in exchange for pizza as Anna Richardson takes on the Flab Fighters with a game of table tennis to show them how to have their favourite treats and still lose weight.

Plus four young women battling with anorexia nervosa face their food fears in the kitchen of a gourmet curry house, where they have to prepare and eat a highly calorific meal.

Great way to have pizza and not overload yourself with calories.. Use a whole wheat tortilla on a frying pan. Put on your sauce, cheese and toppings. It's low calorie if you don't use a ton of fatty toppings and it is delicious! Heating it up on the pan makes it nice and crunchy like thin crust. 
Totally agree! Plus... these women are a fail; less than a pound off or just even staying the same?! It will take forever to put them in shape o.o
I personally think that some of the people who come onto this show aren't completely truthful about what and how much they eat. 
I was thinking the same thing, maybe 1000, but not 1800
tiffany is going to be beautiful in the end
I guarantee Tiffany's eating less than 1800 calories a day.
