"My brothers recipe for egg tart is a marriage between the Portuguese 'Pastel de nata' and the English custard tart, so the feeling is very rich and the pastry has just the right thickness to make that perfect balance when you bite into it. My brother called it the wibbly wobbly filling delicious."

Lord Stows Bakery was founded by Andrew Stow (Eileens brother) in 1989. Sadly, Andrew passed away unexpectedly in October 2006. Today, his family carries on the legacy of his business for future generations to enjoy.
