Also if for any reason you do not see anything when you type "hex str" into the search / find bar, that means you have something incorrectly and must restart the process to get the hex str to show up which is necessary for the activation.

iMessage + FaceTime WIND Activation Checklist (Must Read Prior to Starting):
1) Make sure your Phone # is showing in this format under Settings -- Phone: +1 xxx xxx-xxxx (x = your phone number and If it says "unknown" then input your phone number in the correct format)
2) Sign out of any Apple ID that you may have signed in for iMessages and FaceTime (Settings -- Messages and Settings -- FaceTime)
3) Turn iMessage + FaceTime both off (Settings -- Messages -- OFF and Settings -- FaceTime -- OFF)
4) Make sure that you have international texting allowed (If you have global texting package you are good to go but still double check your wind online account)
5) When you are doing the process, only turn on iMessage or FaceTime, do not turn both ON at first, once activation successful you can turn the other to ON immediately after and it will just start working by using the same authentication on its own.
6) Do not attempt to activate iMessage + FaceTime more than 2-3 times per 24 Hour period.
7) PREPAID (PAY BEFORE) Users are required to have minimum $1 balance on the account / Post Paid (Pay After) Users do not need to worry about having balance on the account.
8) If you had iMessage activated with your phone number on another carrier before, please deregister it:
----1) Turn iMessage and FaceTime OFF in settings
----2) Go to this site of Apple's: https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregiste...
----3) Deregister your phone number (Follow all the steps on the above link of Apple's)
----4) Reset Network Settings (Settings -- General -- Reset -- Reset Network Settings)
----5) Wait 24 hours before performing the process
9) Do network settings reset (Settings - General - Reset - Network settings)
10) If you are still having issues with activation. Before you retry, disable logging: #5005*274# and restart your iPhone and start again
11) Have patience, don't rush, relax and try again if you fail first time and your not alone cause we all had issue at one point or another.
