A sugar maple tree at Ryerson Conservation Area is being tapped to begin collection of sap. The sap is then boiled down, making 4-10 gallons of pure maple syrup annually.

Join us for a tour and taste a sample! Tours run the first three weekends in March and begin every half-hour between 12:30 and 2 pm. Check in at the Welcome Center for details.
