Vandals have struck the Gatineau police service again. This morning, daylight is revealing damage to about 15 police cars -- most have been painted with the slogans of a continuing labour dispute between officers and the city Last year, vandals targetted a dozen police cars and vans in Gatineau with orange paint. In that incident, the number "3 and a half" appeared brush-painted on the side of many of the cars in the lot. That was an apparent reference to the number of years officers have been without a contract. Last year, the president of the police union wouldn't deny that his members had committed the vandalism.
