Here is a video of a recent training day at Ryan Bakke's house. We did 8 sets of muscle snatch, 5 sets of farmers holds, and a few sets of stones. On this day, we trained at about 80 - 85% on weights but only about 60-70% on our intensity. We are both wrestling with crazy schedules right now and dont get to train with eachother as often anymore but when we do we try to make the most of it even if we arent 100% focused that day. Overall, i would say this workout was fairly productive. Its certaintly an honor getting to train with Ryan, he is crazy strong and has awesome intensity. Def check out his videos on youtube if you havent already. I didnt include all the sets on the video but here are the weights and stats for the video in order:

Ryan's vids - 100 kilo muscle snatch, 285 lbs farmer hold, 335 lbs farmers hold, 375 lbs farmers hold, 325 lbs farmers hold, and 340 lbs stone

Kevin's vids - 100 kilo muscle snatch, 285 lbs farmer hold, 335 lbs farmers hold, 375 lbs farmers hold, 425 lbs farmers hold, and 340 lbs stone (as you can see, im still not mentally able to attack the stones.... but im still not even a year out from surgery)
