Despite the fact that there are many hypocrites who participate in movements like OWS, that doesn't change the fact that corporate greed IS a problem. Sure, a business's goal is to make a profit, but when the effort of attaining a profit causes things like the outsourced slave labor you mentioned to run wild, something should be done. The '1%', as they have been dubbed, aren't all evil fat cats laughing at the poor people, and a capitalistic system is arguably the only economic ideology that works in practice. But when the rich are taxed at lower rates and given opportunities for tax breaks that they should not be getting, there is an injustice happening. The American people have every right to protest that injustice.

i am a liberal democrat, who thinks this movement is a fucking waste of every bodies time. you are absolutely right, most of them are hypocrites and the few who aren't aren't gonna change jack shit as an unemployed idiot. I'm going to school to get an education to get a JOB to actually help better the world around me as an engineer. if they cant see that sitting on your ass crying like a little baby is never going to change a thing, they don't deserve the money they want from corporations

@NunzioSpumoni But you do have to admit, he made some interesting observations. I might agree that changes should be made, but.. I have yet to See or Hear any one of the OWS individuals that I would seek Any advice on how to run or live life from...

I am employed in the U.S. Army, youre wrong if you assume we're all unemployed hipsters, and furthermore the parks are littered after they leave because they left with police FORCE. meaning the police came in and took their shit and forced them out leaving their stuff behind. The U.S. military does NOT protect your freedom, who do you think you will be fighting in the event of a revolution against this oppressive government?
