In this video clip, a trooper from the Cambridge Post responded to reports of a reckless driver on US 22 in Guernsey County around 10 p.m. The trooper immediately located the 2004 Chevrolet SUV as it began to drift left-of-center, and head-on toward another SUV, carrying a two-month-old child. The trooper activated his lights and got the attention of both vehicles. The innocent driver managed to slow his vehicle and swerve towards the berm to avoid a collision, as the suspect driver moved back towards his correct lane of travel. The driver of the suspect vehicle of Cambridge, Ohio was subsequently stopped and arrested for OVI and marked lanes violation. He had a BAC level of .268 -- more than three-times the legal limit. This was the suspect's fifth OVI arrest.
