*****UPDATE the teacher who the school board defended as such a great person, was arrested May 15,2012 for drug possession and paraphernalia, (on a Tuesday, was he high at school? ) This was filmed April 11, 2012, shame on the school board , they must have known he was an druggie. ************ Highlights from Maricopa School board meeting attended by upset Arizona Citizens, urging the School Board to change their anti-Pledge of Allegiance policy that allows students not to stand in respect for our flag, and shockingly allows teachers not to stand and lead the pledge. Watch the disrespect from certain School Board members when a war veteran testifies. The huge turnout in support of Beth, the lone student who stood for the pledge in Mr. Allman's class did not go over well with certain Board members who would routinely interrupt those who would mention the teachers name. The School Board has chosen to defend the unpatriotic American History Teacher, Charles Allman's anti-Pledge behavior. The School Board sends a message loud and clear, that being if a student reports the improper actions of one of their staff, that student will be publicly humiliated in press releases. Shame on the School Board, for not defending the Pledge.
