This video will give you some small advice and tips to survive the uberman or polyphasic sleep schedule. 1. Ask yourself why, and give at least 2 answers for it; 2. Make a list of things you wanna do, learn (a list of 10 is a nice start); 3. Use this list to avoid boredom, don't get bored!; 4. Eat healthy; avoid food like pizza's, fries or snacks with A LOT of sugar; 5. Keep to the scheduler, don't skip naps and don't oversleep!; 6. Don't give up, especially in the start. You will have setbacks and you will feel very likely to quit. Don't! Don't loose your motivation and discipline!
