Mr. Bryant ain't coming to Chicago , he knows better .
The video title here is almost false advertising. Roland Martin didn't "confront" anyone. He made a shrill, angry butt of himself. The VERY FIRST SENTENCE out of Martin's mouth was a complete non sequitur to the only statement that Rev. Bryant had made at that point, which was that whenever something like this, like Twana Brawley or like the Duke lacrosse debacle happens, you can count on Sharpton and Jackson to be there, HEIGHTENING TENSIONS. And instead of addressing that, as if he wasn't even there for Bryant's comment, Martin ridiculously says, "Were they the only ones there?" Then he does his level best to attack the man instead of the assertion by suggesting that Bryant has a "personal problem" with Sharpton and Jackson. This wasn't a response to a single thing Bryant said. It was a completely irrelevant smokescreen. And in that way did Martin dig in and never extricate himself from his own magic bag of logical fallacies. If Mr. Martin ever hopes to legitimately "confront" any living person on a stated position, he needs to start by confronting himself on his own inability or refusal to know what points are being made and to attack THOSE with reason and fact instead of demanding that the PERSON meet Martin's personally contrived set of qualifications even to possess his views. Mr. Martin should be ashamed of his conduct in this would-be debate.
Roland Martin was raised  to be an uncle tom.

Have to side with Roland on this. Seems Rev Bryant is trying to make a name as the  anti-Sharpton. As Roland says, it's not one or the other. Both issues need attention.
