Many owners vacating foreclosed homes are selling off all the fixtures before they leave, further depressing home values, even their neighbors', reports Kelly Cobiella.

900k down to a reasonable price like 206k? I don't feel bad for the bank, I feel bad for the people they foreclosed on because they had to spend 10% or more on a house marked at 900k when they fully know its not worth that much.

Dang, even the tub? Screw the banks.
This is not the banks fault. People talk of the big banks but there are thousands of little banks that loaned and got shafted after the meltdown. It's Congress' fault. Congress who forced everybody to go and give mortgages to people with terrible credit. A good bank would ask for a down payment. And individuals fault, who took the risk to invest when they knew they didn't have the money. Banks actually got fined for turning people away even knowing they're not the best candidate. 
Nooo, the homeowners are at fault too. They knew that they couldn't afford the mortgage when they got it. 
homeowner should know that they cannot afford a 1000 dollar mortage payment working at mcdonalds
