I nicely asked the Chinese teacher, in an email and outside of class, to stop the disruptive noise. It was her responsibility to keep order in her classroom, and when I finally told her that, she got angry at me.
She had already told the school administrator who wrote this report that I was the problem, before either she sent all those students to the administrator to talk about me, or the student bully brought them there after having already had contact with the school administrator and lying to her about me. I'm sure, from thinking about what the Dean told me in our one meeting last week, that some of the students who went to talk to the administrator thought they were there to do conflict resolution. There was not one positive thing written about me in the administrator's report, but from talking to the Dean it seems like what happened was that several students said nice things about me that got twisted around by this administrator, who only listened to the bully and his friend.
Everything in the entire report is a lie or a distortion. I have emails that my writing teacher wrote me throughout the semester, thanking me for what I had to say about his class. I sent them to the Dean and it doesn't seem to me that she has written to me about them.
