Your hamstrings are one of those muscles that cause a lot of problems when they are not strong. They have been known to cause lower back problems, and knee pain. Quads often times in athletes and the average joe are stronger then the hamstrings which causes a muscle imbalance. We must strengthen our hamstring to prevent injuries and perform better.
