Space Shuttle Astronaut Jeffrey Hoffman will share the experience of preparing a spacecraft and training the crew for a space mission. He will also describe what astronauts go through during launch and reentry, and what it is like being in space. The lecture will be illustrated with scenes from Dr. Hoffman's five space missions.
